Located in Baker City, Oregon, this center looks to have all the information you could ever want to know about the Oregon Trail. It was closed due to Covid on the day of my visit, but a ranger was kind enough to provide me with copies of the stamps.
I pitched a tent and camped here my first night of the the return trip after leaving Washington State. The main visitor center was closed by time I arrived on August 1st and I left before it opened, but was able to mail away for a copy of the stamps having certainly earned them from the visit.
