Harry S Truman National Historic Site

I visited this on the final day of the Summer 2021 road trip after making my way into Missouri. There are multiple parts to the site including the Visitor, the Wallace House, the Noland House and presidential library. Due to Covid, the main Wallace house remained closed to internal tours, but a ranger led tour of the grounds allowed visitors to learn about the life and times of President Truman and his time in Independence, MO. The Noland house remained opened and provided a great deal of information, photographs, and artifacts as well. It only takes about an hour or so to thoroughly visit and see everything this site has to offer.
